Our legal team has met some stringent requirements. All of our professionals have:

• At least 10 years’ experience as a business lawyer
• Served as in-house counsel for mid-sized or large companies in a variety of senior roles, including SVP, VP and General Counsel
• Solid experience in private practice (most with major national or international firms)
• Built and managed teams of lawyers, external counsel and budgets.
